Looks like now I had to go to many Score A programs this year. This would be an exhausting experience. On 14th June, I should enjoy my last weekend day with my family but for the sake of my father, I need to go this NDO program in Putrajaya (I don't know what is NDO, but read this and you'll know soon) at 9am! (There goes my morning sleep time!). Which means that I need to pack my bags from my weekend holiday and bring them together to Putrajaya to join the program there, and then continue back to KUIS. About Putrajaya, seriously, this is my first time experience! I never went there and know the whereabouts about that place! Fortunately, Puan Jah offered to fetch me after I reached the Putrajaya Station. So, this is a "bonus" to me.
(Please note, to avoid confusion, this happened a week after my "journey" with Fikri)
So in that day, I had to take a bath and pack up my baggages AFTER Subuh. After breakfast (8.00am), my father sent me to Cempaka LRT station and I take the LRT train ride from Cempaka to Bandar Tasik Selatan. Yesterday night, I learned that at Bandar Tasik Selatan there are KLIA Transit train which could go directly to Putrajaya station. So upon reaching BTS, I
"switched" to the KLIA Transit station.
Wow, almost nobody could be in this station! The only available were the ticket sellers and (around 5) people who wishes to travel via this service. This place was "advanced" (IMHO) compared to LRT and Komuter stations - beautiful building design, more escalators, and simple landscapes.
So I just waited at the station for 30 minutes (I felt like 1 hour because still sleepy, yet I was able to come here) and then my train arrives. Wow (again...), the interior design of the train was also quite advanced! Feels like inside a plane (except you are on the rail tracks, lol) and it also got private seats, but unfortunately each pair of seats "facing" the other opposing pair of seats, so not being so private. So I took a "spring-loaded" regular wall seats to sit on it... and I traveled for 20 minutes. (Yes, it was actually late now but the train's current speed was "normal"!)
Finally arrived at the Putrajaya station. Compared to BTS station, this one was very big - complete with public transport stops (taxis, buses, etc) and several shops. I called Puan Jah and called where should I met him. But I waited on the wrong side of the building, lol!
So I went to the other side of the building and I saw Puan Jah's car (Perodua Kenari). I load my bags on the rear seat and I sat on the left fron seat together with Puan Jah. We chat about what our current conditions. She mentions about her disappointment for my father not able to follow me together to go to the program. Speaking about my father, that was a strange case - earlier my father DO agreed to join me together to go to this program, but now he refused because he "want to send my sister, Balqis to her school"(Unacceptable excuse - my mother could do it) and "want to go to car auction" (Last minute excuse?), what is he thinking anyway? Well we continue our (long, uh!) journey anyway. (I think I know why she complained that - she already advanced our registration fees earlier, and since my father rejected last minute, well, there goes her money!)
Now I understand why my friends kept going here - it was very fascinating! I could see the government buildings (wow, I wonder the People's money were "wasted" here?) on panoramic roads and the well known Masjid Putrajaya. We also passed the Alamanda shopping complex (But it got Carrefour market in it, BOYCOTT lol!), which my friends claimed that they always went there on weekends. (Hmm, I wish I could had my own vehicle to travel here... alone. But being alone wasn't really fun too!)
Now we arived at Presint 16 Neighbouring Complex, the building which the NDO program event held. The time is 9.35 am! But I had to register my seats first! Since Puan Jah already paid for my seat, I had to pay to her. I paid RM100 since the fee was RM68, and the balance should be RM32, but she didn't pay RM2 balance since she didn't had any changes, she said will pay later. Then I quickly get straight into the "event hall" and I say "woah!" (No, I didn't cried like that! Just surprised!) Too (and already) crowded! Feels like being in UTMKL's lecture hall - except it was really high from below! Thank goodness there are extra chairs in the front row (Phew! at least I didnt need to find empty seats up there!). While I arrived there, actually, the briefing was already going on. The briefing was presented by the same Mr Fendi from ZRB office I went last time, yet for the first talk, it was the same thing as the last Score A briefing - Introduction to Score A. But this time, it included methods on how to manage accounts online, but because I'm too sleepy, I slept on the chair from time to time and I unable to pay attention to the briefing! Briefing ends at 10.30am.
Breakfast time! It's Nasi Lemak! (Yeah, I know it was lame, but I haven't ate it after a long time!)And also cakes, yummy! So, where should I eat? The seats already crowded outside the hall, and people can't eat inside the event hall. But, wait. I saw some people go to the other hall beside the current event hall. So I took this chance to follow them. Yup, it was another "lecture hall"! But currently not used for any event, but the staffs allowed people to eat here since there are too may people need seats. Happily I had my breakfast at the middle row of the hall...
11.00am (so soon?!) - Next "Lecture" - "Business Potential". Err...This one was also as same as last talk at ZRB office (even the talk was handled by Mr fendi again!), but strangely I concentrate this lecture very well, although I didn't still understand fully about the MLM scheme... still again, I sat on the front row, and I assumed this seat is permanent to me for this day...
2.00pm - Lunch time! This time is rice with ayam lemak gravy! And it was well packed in a neat disposable transparent tupperware! (I wish I could bring this back to my hostel but I afraid people would thought it was awkward to bring along DISPOSABLE items) As usual, I ate at the "secondary" hall. After had my lunch, since the time already passsed Zohor prayer time, I tried to find the Surau, by myself. So, I went to the main lobby of the building to see if there are any signboards mentioning location of the building's surau. While I found the sign, I confronted a large crowd coming inside the building. Looks like there's another event happened here, but what is it? So, I peek among the crowd, and I saw a Malay event happened. Hmm... wonderful...
Ah, I shouldn't waste my time - I should go to the surau! So I found the surau - it was located nearby a toddlers' nursery (or a kindergarden?). But the surau was very small - the praying area was as "large" as a "small" room in an apartment! But thankfully I was able to get through the crowd and I able to pray jemaah inside.
After praying, I took some time before the next session starts to look around the building. There are swimming pools - small and big and restaurants on the back side of the building. There also some stalls too.
3.00pm - aah, finally, the "real deal" - NDO session! NDO stands for New Distributor's Orientation. The "lecturer" this time was Mr Abdul Aziz. His face look like Datuk K (Datuk Siti Nurhaliza's husband) but not really large and he is not very fat. Earlier, I thought he would gave a normal speech like previous "lectures". But all of sudden, he SCREAMED during his talk! Halfway of his speech, I felt that this "orientation" was actually a "motivation" program - feels like being in a counseling program. So to be a Score A distributor, I had to get some "motivation"? Damn...
But there are some funny stuffs too despite the speech was quite loud and harsh - Mr Abdul Aziz mentions there are two type of people who refuses to follow the Score A program - KERENGGE (Actually "Kerengga" - red type of ant which annoys people's trees) and SNIOP (Pronounced "Snai-yop", stands for Syndrome of Negative-Influencing & Opposing People). I find that it is funny to mention the word "SNIOP" - I giggled when I heard he pronounce the word.
5.00pm - Take a break for Asar time. The only food they provided was some pisang goreng and tea.
5.30pm - Continued the NDO session. Oh God, I'm exhasusted now! The speech was so loud and there are some "killer" words that feels like a sword coming through my heart! They also put up a video about a handicapped (read:limbless!) Australian motivator who gave a speech to students in Australia about why should we give up if we are able to stand up? Very pity to him (Maybe I could find the video somewhere in YouTube). But during Mr Abdul Aziz's long speech, at least there are some good points to be taken such as "10 Steps to Set Your Goal", "The Attitudes We Should Had" and "6 Negative Ms"(Huh? But my name start with M!).
7.00pm - It should be the end (finally!) now, but the session continues with "in-dark-meditation" session wherre we close our eyes in darkness and Mr Abdul Aziz cried about how hard our mother had taken care of us since we're small (Sigh... feels sad for a while). Next is "self-appreciation" session from selected people abut how there are proud being in Score A program (damn, just end already!). The session ends (finally, really!) with salam with the staffs of Score A program. The time was 7.45pm....
That's it... That's all the "lectures" I had. Try to think after all I had been through, it is quite funny that to become an MLM "agent" we need to had some motivation. But maybe because by having motivation, we would never give up expanding the MLM "pyramid"!
After Maghrib prayer, I waited for Puan Jah but she was busy talking with some people, probably her "downline". After she had done talking (8.30pm), she bring me along to her car and offered to send me back straight to KUIS. While inside the car while we are on our way to KUIS, she asked "How was it? Feels good?". I said, "No, but I feel very MOTIVATED now! But I don't have money!" Yup, that's the ISSUE... So she said that if my father came along, at least he could "see" the chances if he joined the program. Meanwhile, we got some trouble to go to KUIS - the truth is she didn't even know how to go there! I gave her the best solution - go into the PLUS (toll) line and go to Seremban route. Now we got on the right road I asked her about some terms and process in Score A program. BUt while she gave explanation, she still continue to "promote" the MLM process. (Already sick hearing the repeating procedure)
Finally reached KUIS (at 9.15pm) , thank goodness the guard allowed us to get inside KUIS, so Puan Jah could send me straight to my hostel. Before I leave, I mentioned her about the RM2 balance she still didn't gave to me and she was almost forgot about that. However, because she already paid the tolls just to reach here, I said "Halal sajalah duit tu...". And I took the bags and wave goodbye to her...
I returned to my room with exhaustion... Fuhh... finally able to "land" on my own bed...
Currently Lokman and his classmate, Kuven was using Lokman's PC upon reaching the room. After a brief rest, I performed solat Isyak and bought my dinner from nearby cafe - Mee Soup.
Around 11.oopm, I slept...
End of my story!
